The law office of Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a large insurance defense firm, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Philadelphia headquarters. This position plays an integral role within our Human Resources team by supporting daily HR operations and providing administrative assistance to ensure the department functions efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. All candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of two years of Human Resources experience. We are seeking a talented individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
