About The Position

Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of Lulus' HR team, working closely with all levels of the HR department on coordinating and carrying out a variety of projects and processes to keep the team operating successfully. This includes carrying out the new employee orientation and onboarding process for assigned business units, acting as the first point of contact for those seeking HR assistance, and informing employees on various company procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience, or a combination of related education and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with an ability to clearly and accurately share information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable, with the ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the department and business.
  • Ability to work independently and seek out information to effectively carry out day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with a high level of integrity and ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively with co-workers, cross-functional partners, and others by sharing ideas constructively and positively.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity consistently, maintaining high visibility within the business unit.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience with Paycom or another HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources team in educating employees on Company policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding Company policy, procedures, or employment-related information.
  • Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including data entry into the HRIS, hosting orientation, and reviewing new hire documentation. Collaborate with the broader HR team on regular program enhancements.
  • Act as a champion for Lulus' Core Values and culture when interacting with the LuCrew, maintaining an understanding of the impact this role has on employee engagement throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Support HR Generalists with administrative duties related to the day-to-day HR function. This may include leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, worker's compensation, unemployment claims, etc.
  • Coordinate morale-building activities and events for assigned business units as needed.
  • Facilitate employee offboarding process.
  • Administer employee record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
  • Other duties as assigned.
