About The Position

At PAM Health, we are dedicated to helping patients recover from serious illnesses and injuries with compassion and expertise. Our Stoughton hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team. This role plays a key part in creating a positive employee experience—handling onboarding, HR administration, and day-to-day support that helps our hospital run smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree and/or 2 years of relevant college coursework. Related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• At least 2 years in an office with responsibility for maintaining confidential files and documents helpful.
• Experienced with Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative support duties for Human Resources and may provide clerical support for committees and meetings (as assigned).
• Supports the Human Resources functions of the facility and may assist in associated drills as warranted or assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
