The Human Resources Compliance Supervisor supervises compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and internal regulations, and monitors Human Resources policies and programs to support a culture of continuous process improvement. This role operates under the direction of the People and Culture Director and Firm Administrator and plays a key role in managing compliance risk and ensuring regulatory integrity across the organization. The position is also responsible for generating and maintaining compliance reports, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing process optimization projects within ADP and other HR platforms.
