To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Human Resources Compliance Analyst in our Human Resources Department. The primary responsibility of the position is to ensure Human Resources policies and processes are efficient and compliant with all regulatory agencies and requirements. This role will own, design, and conduct thorough audit reviews of Human Resource compliance processes and will identify possible process changes needed for new or modified procedures. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who uses their excellent communication skills to achieve goals. This position will report to the Manager, Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and meet specified deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Ability to audit and analyze data
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Skilled in computer knowledge and usage
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • At least one year of experience working in Human Resources
  • Must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Employment is contingent upon a clear driving record, 10-year Criminal History Records Check, and drug screen as required.
  • We also require proof of high school or GED completion.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Proficient with Workday HRIS
  • Experience in report writing in an HRIS system
  • Airline or airport knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Research industry compliance regulations and policies
  • Evaluate internal Human Resource operational and procedural compliance
  • Analyze and update existing compliance issues and related documentation
  • Communicate compliance policies and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain a compliance recordkeeping system
  • Keep up with Human Resource compliance requirements and regulations
