About The Position

The Compliance Manager plays a critical role on the HR Team in supporting and strengthening SIXT’s compliance framework. This role is responsible for managing compliance case administration, supporting policy development, and conducting audits and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• You have 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management, Legal Operations, Internal Audit, or a related discipline within complex, multi-site, or regulated organizations
