In support of Intermountain’ s compensation philosophy and pay program, the HR Compensation Manager has accountability of an assigned portfolio as a strategic partner in the creation, development, and administration of appropriate compensation solutions. The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington Monday-Friday 8-5 MT This position is primary remote but may be required to come onsite several times a year. Looking for candidates who have strong business, financial and economic acumen; who are experienced using AI in their work; and someone who knows how to model and cost compensation adjustments and pay programs.
