We’re looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst who is early in their HR journey and eager to dive deeper and grow in the world of total rewards. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, have hands-on experience across both the day-to-day administration and support in operations and strategic projects. From analyzing data to supporting global initiatives, this is a key role in helping shape our compensation and benefits programs. You’ll focus heavily on U.S. and Canadian benefits, and collaborate with global HR teams, contribute to compensation cycles, participate in salary surveys, and help drive data-driven insights across the organization.
