Requirements

  • BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH HIGHLY DESIRABLE
  • HRIS experience required; WORKDAY highly desirable
  • 'People Person'; outgoing
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related HR function
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of employees

Nice To Haves

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and supportive manner
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data
