About The Position

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to Alotten’s clients, guiding leaders through transformation, operational excellence, and workforce strategy. You’ll work across industries and growth stages, balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution to help clients achieve high performance and sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic consulting and practical delivery while shaping the future of HR alongside a collaborative team of experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (generalist, business partner, or consulting)
  • Experience supporting clients or cross-functional teams across Talent, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, or Learning and Development
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly assess organizational dynamics and build scalable, effective solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a consulting or fractional HR environment is highly valued
  • SHRM, HRCI, or CCP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategically: Collaborate with client executives and HR leaders to assess organizational maturity, identify opportunities, and design people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Deliver with Precision: Translate strategy into action-building, implementing, and refining HR programs and processes from compensation structures and onboarding workflows to performance cycles and compliance frameworks.
  • Advise with Insight: Provide evidence-based guidance on employee relations, coaching, and change management, ensuring recommendations are both practical and legally sound.
  • Drive Efficiency and ROI: Leverage data and tools, including the Alotten Score, to measure impact, optimize systems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Enable Growth: Contribute to Alotten’s knowledge base, frameworks, and internal initiatives to continuously advance our consulting model.
  • Execute Collaboratively: Roll up your sleeves alongside client teams to ensure seamless implementation — whether supporting a technology rollout, conducting job leveling, or coordinating a key people process.
  • Expand Your Skills: Engage in cross-functional projects and special initiatives to support organizational growth and continuous learning as a valued team member at Alotten.
