About The Position

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost. As we have grown in both size and impact, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our expanding HR team. This role will partner directly with the business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, lead through change, and implement people strategies that align with the Company goals. The ideal candidate is a data driven problem solver with strong foundation in employee relations, compliance and talent development, and someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience supporting diverse client groups
  • Proven success using data and HR metrics to influence strategic decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance frameworks, and HR policy development.
  • Strong relationship management, coaching and communication skills.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters and facilitating performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on recruiting, performance management and workforce planning.
  • Use people analytics and key HR metrics to assess trends, present insights, and inform data driven decisions.
  • Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance to managers on complex HR issues in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Support the design and implementation of succession planning, talent development and retention strategies.
  • Partner with leadership on change management initiatives and engagement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and maintain up to date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards and Recruiting to align with the business needs.
