Immanuel Communities is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work within our three (3) Des Moines, Iowa retirement living communities and centers - Copper Shores Village, Deerfield and Pathways Central Iowa. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. The overall purpose of this job is to impact company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives and strategic initiatives of the organization. HRBPs will support a people first philosophy by focusing on relationships, engagement, leadership development, talent, and change management. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Immanuel Leaders to ensure that the people strategies in each location and service line are achieved through the Christ Promises and the Leadership Principles of Immanuel resulting in the overall Immanuel culture in the location. The HR Business Partner maintains an effective level of business literacy about the organization’s objectives, the business units they support, strategies, culture and competition.
