As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a hands-on, influential role in how people work and grow at Associated Electric Cooperative. You’ll work side-by-side with leaders and employees, tackling real workforce challenges—from hiring and performance to employee relations and culture. Requirements

Experience as an HR generalist or business partner supporting leaders and employees
Strong judgment, communication skills, and confidence handling sensitive situations
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders on strategic staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, and complex employee issues
Lead HR initiatives, investigations, and compliance efforts that strengthen culture and trust
Understand, navigate, and apply Company policies and the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement
