Support organizational design discussions, workforce planning needs, and capability assessments. Use employee listening insights (surveys, feedback, exit themes) to help shape engagement and culture priorities. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, job design, and selecting high‑quality, diverse talent. Support the execution of HR programs including performance management, compensation cycles, and development initiatives. Use HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and influence people‑related decision‑making. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to modernize HR processes and enhance employee experience.
