About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our human capital management strategy and the success of our leaders and teams. In this role, the HRBP will help execute HR processes such as performance management and employee relations. The position requires hands‑on HR support and building trusted working relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting business leaders in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning processes.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights for leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals and operational priorities.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development to support business growth.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead or support employee relation matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement processes.
  • Partner with leadership and HCM teams on talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development.
  • Support implementation of compensation programs, including merit planning, market alignment, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights on retention, turnover, engagement, and talent risk.
  • Drive adoption and consistent application of HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Identify organizational risks and recommend solutions that support a healthy, complaint, and high-performing workplace.
