Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with regional managers in assuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes, policies, and services. Duties will include coaching managers, anticipating needs in the areas of employee relations, on-boarding, communication, and training. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
