Purpose & Scope: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit(s). This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of VHC Health. The HRBP maintains an effective level of literacy about HR best practices, VHC Health policies, and the strategy of the assigned business unit(s).
