As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience—supporting our J-Team through recruiting, onboarding, performance, engagement, and growth opportunities. This position is hybrid, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week. The role also requires: Travel to retail store locations in Rhode Island and Connecticut approximately 2–3 times per month, and/or as business needs require Periodic travel to the Taunton Corporate Office and other Store Locations This structure is designed to balance remote work with in-person collaboration and field engagement Why Join Us?
