This position is hybrid, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders to understand business needs and develop people strategies that drive results.
Provide insights and recommendations to influence workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, coaching managers on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive employee experience through communication, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and transfers through effective orientation and integration practices.
Guide managers on setting goals, giving feedback, and conducting effective performance reviews.
Support training, leadership development, and coaching initiatives to build future capabilities.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards.
Maintain accurate records and support audits as needed.
Assist with compensation reviews, succession planning, and workforce metrics.
Drive consistency and fairness in HR practices across the business.
