The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to program leadership across a multi-site, statewide human services agency. This role provides hands-on HR support with a strong focus on employee relations, recruitment, and manager coaching, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The HRBP enhances the employee and stakeholder experience by acting as a trusted liaison between program management and the Human Resources department. Regular presence at program locations is required to build strong relationships, understand operational needs, and deliver timely, practical HR solutions that support staff and advance the agency’s mission.
