About The Position

We are currently searching for a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This individual will work closely with employees, managers, and leaders to develop and execute on our people strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations and/or performance management and be able to help shape HR priorities and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience (4+ years) in HR or a related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in complex situations
  • Comfortable leveraging data in the decision-making process
  • A desire to learn about the business groups you are supporting
  • Highly organized and a meticulous attention to details
  • Ability to problem solve in thoughtful ways
  • Comfortable managing multiple issues/projects/priorities at the same time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Work with managers and leaders to bolster engagement and unlock employee potential
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues professionally and prudently across the Enterprise
  • Partner with managers and employees to design, implement and monitor effective performance management plans
  • Collaborate with members of the HR team and other departments/vendors on key processes and initiatives (compensation planning, onboarding and training, annual performance cycle)
  • Lead or partner on HR communications tied to key job responsibilities
  • Oversee compliance initiatives (training, policies) as needed
  • Ability to create/leverage reports, customize for business needs, and communicate to peers and management teams
  • Support our teams from our Boston office four days per week
