About The Position

Integral is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its HR team. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working collaboratively across functional areas, and has strong HR fundamentals. You will have daily exposure to senior leadership in the organization and the ability to make a significant impact on HR operations and the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role with at least 3 years in a government contracting company.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully and consistently.
  • Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (configuration, reporting, benefits, payroll interface)
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
  • Experience supporting cleared personnel or a multi-state workforce

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, training, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Support managers and employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, professional development, and offboarding.
  • Lead and/or participate in investigations into employee relations and performance issues, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.
  • Serve as the primary benefits point of contact and manage the annual open enrollment process in ADP (i.e., configure the workflows and system updates)
  • Manage the performance review process, including set-up in ADP, training for managers and employees, and technical support.
  • Provide reports and data insights to support briefs to senior leadership
  • Partner with other corporate functions (Recruiting, Finance & Accounting, IT, and Security) to ensure seamless, positive employee experiences (e.g., onboarding)
