In this consultative role, you’ll act as the bridge between HR and leadership, partnering with directors and supervisors to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. You’ll navigate complex situations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism, providing guidance on employee relations, investigations, and workforce strategies. You’ll support a service line with 5 Directors and 30 Supervisors, collaborating closely with a dynamic HRBP team to shape people strategies, influence decisions, and build strong, trusted relationships across the organization.
