Provide services to internal and external customers throughout the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process. The Human Resources Assistant must demonstrate a commitment to providing superior customer service and value to a diverse constituency. The Human Resources Assistant is expected to be responsive, excel at problem-solving, and multitask in a high-volume department. Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, and attentiveness to detail are required. To be successful in the role, the Human Resources Assistant must have demonstrated strength in communicating effectively, professionally, and on time. This is a part-time, temporary, non-remote position in Big Rapids, MI.
