Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong professionalism with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and supervisors
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and creating forms, tables, and spreadsheets
  • General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of general business experience with exposure to HR functions
  • Experience with payroll and HR administrative processes required

Nice To Haves

  • ADP payroll experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Track and update employee data systems to ensure accuracy
  • Review daily timesheets and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Monitor and record employee vacation, sick leave, and other time-off categories
  • Prepare essential HR reports to support department functions
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, materials preparation, and orientations
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Participate in HR team meetings regarding ongoing projects and organizational needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by HR leadership
