Human Resources Assistant
About The Position
Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to best address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. As an HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department. You may also provide support to the CEO and other departments, as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1 years work experience in Human Resources field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Clerical responsibilities, such as typing, filing, and compiling records.
- You must have word processing skills and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion.
