A lot of daily HR and strong administrative. HR tracking pieces. Attendance reporting- follows up with managers. Recruiting system- potentially scheduling interviews. Reviewing timecards. Could potentially support other sites with Laura right now until they hire the HR Manager HR system- Oracle HCM- UKG or even ADP they don’t have to have the system but will be looking things up, running reports, maybe they could enter new hires or meeting with new hires to help enroll in benefits. Even on orientation back up to Maddie. - Orientation- once a week. Typically every Monday. A couple a week. 1-3 I9 documentations Just started their performance review cycle. Collecting reviews- manually track so they can do collaboration process. Engineering piece- printing blueprints, manuals- could take an hour or 2 a day. Engineering documents. (specific individual supporting it).
