Under general supervision, provides administrative and clerical support for the City’s Training and Development program. This includes coordinating employee training activities, supporting learning initiatives, and assisting with training logistics, communications, materials, and recordkeeping. The position also supports other Human Resources and Risk Management functions by assisting with a variety of program-related tasks and office operations. This position works 35–40 hours per week.
