SequelCare of Arizona provides office and community-based therapeutic services for adults and adolescents, located all around the state of Arizona. We have therapeutic foster care homes and adolescent/adult group homes, providing a continuum of care as needed. Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Over the age of 21
• Maturity, empathy and patience
• Be special – Not everyone can do what we do
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols
• Confidentiality and professionalism are essential

Responsibilities

• Call and schedule applicants for interviews.
• Set up background check for new hire.
• If needed, set up finger print application for new hire and current staff expiring.
• Complete new hire paperwork with new hires.
• Keep new hire status up to date.
• Initiate new hire offer letter and PAR.
• Sort, File, and organize employee documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information.
• Assist with recruiting as needed.
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal and agency requirements.
