Job Description The HR Assistant role provides front line HR support to employees day to day inquiries regarding HR systems and processes. The role updates and maintains records in the HRIS, the time tracking system, the door/badge security system and the LMS. The positions prepares and updates employee communications as well as the internal CCTV system and supports communication of Nidec Way recognition. The role is responsible for the promotion of company sponsored employee activities, contests and drawings. This position gathers and assists in the collection of information for site KPIs. Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to operate general office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative training required.
  • Work experience in a human resources department preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • AA/AS Business Administration or Business Management preferred.
