This individual is responsible for new employee data entry, benefits administration support, and employee records management. Please note this is an entry-level, on-site position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced data-entry environment, while maintaining accuracy
Strong attention-to-detail and organization skills required
Motivated with ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Human resources experience preferred, but not required
ADP Vantage experience a strong plus

Responsibilities

Review new employee paperwork; identify errors, and work with field management to resolve.
Complete accurate data entry of new employee paperwork.
Complete I-9 documents within a compliance portal and complete the E-Verify process.
Support the Benefits Manager with reports and communication.
Provide training on new employee onboarding and documentation.
