About The Position

Assists the Hurman Resources team in planning, organizing, and coordinating the functions and activities, including wage and benefit administration, recruitment and retention activities, orientation, and training . Functions as a coordinator , maintains all personnel files for active and terminated employees , a ssists with various clerical tasks within the department, answers incoming phone calls , employee relations, and other duties as defined below.

Requirements

  • Highschool graduate or GED
  • Computer skill is working knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet programs, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Two (2) years of experience in a n administrative role preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Human Resources Administration or Business Administration major preferred
