Requirements

  • High School Education or GED required
  • Able to handle multiple priorities
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with an HRIS program preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintains recordkeeping and tracking systems including personnel files, and HRIS data.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Participate in recruitment activities (i.e., career fairs, open houses, etc.)
  • Coordinates training functions, and employee recognition programs.
  • Assists with hosting New Employee Orientation to create a welcoming and hospitable environment.
  • Assist with FMLA, Work Comp, and ADA as needed.
  • Creating, and distributing flyers for HR-related information.
  • Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned by HR Director.
