The Role Open Management is looking for a Human Resources Assistant (Remote – India) to support our growing team. This role will focus heavily on recruiting onsite team members across our U.S. property portfolio, while also supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong written and verbal English communication skills to effectively support U.S.-based managers and candidates. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with various computer systems, can manage multiple priorities, and takes initiative in a fast-paced, remote environment.
