The Human Resources Assistant provides support in several HR project and program areas including Workday (the judiciary’s HRIS) to process employee data changes; the performance evaluation system; complement control; HR’s SharePoint site; report development and distribution. This role also delivers operational and technical support to the AOPC/ HR Department. In addition, the role involves strict confidentiality and close interaction with leadership, managers and employees to ensure compliance with Judiciary policies and employment laws. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This role is a great opportunity for someone seeking to gain hands-on experience and knowledge across multiple HR functions in a mission driven public sector, the Pennsylvania Judiciary.
