Cliff Berry, Inc. (CBI), a respected leader in environmental services with more than sixty-five years of operational excellence across Florida, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our growing Human Resources department. The Human Resources Assistant will coordinate DOT and non-DOT physicals, drug and breath alcohol screenings, road tests, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) reviews, helping maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. The role also provides key support in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management. As part of a fast-paced and service-driven HR team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, professionalism, accuracy, and a commitment to confidentiality. This role interacts with employees, managers, and candidates across multiple locations and supports CBI’s mission of delivering safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible services.
