About The Position

Provides administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department. This role involves coordinating new hire orientation/onboarding logistics, issuing reports, maintaining HR division webpages, managing HR-related tickler reports, administering recognition programs, and assisting with data entry and record-keeping in HR systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED + 1 year relevant administrative or HR support experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with basic HR processes and terminology

Nice To Haves

  • Some college coursework in Human Resources or a related field is desirable

Responsibilities
