The HR Assistant is an integral member of The National Domestic Violence Hotline’s People Team. This role will work closely with team members to support daily operations and coordinate processes and projects across key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee experience, employee lifecycle, and benefits and leave administration. The HR Assistant will also serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support for staff and external contacts. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and commitment to discretion and confidentiality. A strong alignment with The Hotline’s mission, vision, shared commitments, and values is essential. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a requirement to work in the office two days per week. In-office days will be scheduled based on department needs.
