About The Position

As an HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Manager and you will be responsible for the clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department, as well as, provide additional support to Administration/CEO and other departments, as needed. Clerical responsibilities, such as typing, filing, compiling records. You must have word processing skills and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
  • Word processing skills

Nice To Haves

  • College courses are preferred.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare facility is also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department
