Brohn Homes is seeking a highly organized and driven HR & Talent Specialist to support recruiting, HR operations, and employee programs. This is a high-growth, early-career HR role with real exposure to recruiting, HR operations, and cross-functional partnership across the business. This role partners closely with the SVP of Human Resources and plays an active role in how the business attracts, hires, and supports talent across the organization. The HR & Talent Specialist is responsible for evaluating candidates, providing hiring recommendations, and helping ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process. In addition to recruiting, this role supports core HR operations and contributes to initiatives that improve efficiency and enhance the team member experience. This position is best suited for someone who takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in an environment where hiring demands and priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate is able to adapt, switch gears as needed, and step in and help manage increased hiring activity during periods of higher volume.
