Job Summary: The role provides frontline Human Resources service and administrative support for Concordia Language Villages, with responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, employee support and office operations. This role serves as a first point of contact for CLV employees and applicants, and coordinates closely with the CLV HR Business Partner and Moorhead HR operations to ensure consistent processes, compliance, and employee experience. This role assists with year-round and seasonal staffing cycles and supports governance-related administrative activities
