About The Position

The Human Resources Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of core functions including onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and employee support. This role is critical in maintaining organized HR processes and delivering a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR administration or coordination
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
  • Support payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and system setup
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system access removal
  • Ensure a seamless and professional employee transition experience
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Assist with employee relations documentation and issue tracking
  • Support internal communications and HR initiatives
  • Maintain HR documentation in compliance with legal and company standards
  • Prepare HR reports, audits, and data tracking as needed
  • Support policy updates and implementation
