About The Position

Bridor USA is seeking a Human Resources Administrator / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and applicants at our Salt Lake City industrial bakery facility. This role combines front-desk reception duties with hands-on HR support, including onboarding, uniform and PPE coordination, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work effectively in both office and manufacturing floor environments

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Basic knowledge of HR and payroll rules and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist employees, visitors, vendors, and applicants in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
  • Manage visitor sign-in, badging, and plant access according to safety and security policies
  • Process walk-in employment applications and coordinate onboarding activities
  • Create employee badges and assign/track employee lockers
  • Order and coordinate new employee uniforms, safety shoes, and PPE in compliance with GMPs
  • Conduct routine locker audits for safety and GMP compliance; document and report findings
  • Assist with payroll verification for agency employees
  • Respond to routine HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, uniforms, safety gear, and plant procedures
  • Support employee events, holiday schedules, communications, and bulletin board postings
  • Coordinate interviews, training sessions, orientations, and HR meetings
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and HR-related materials
  • Monitor medical and child support orders from government authorities
