The Human Resources Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations and special events, helping ensure a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

  • Navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with confidence and flexibility
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administrator role, including recruitment support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with office processes, procedures, and administrative support functions

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems and reporting strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR systems, including HRIS, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), safety training portal, digital displays, and internal employee resource platforms
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records and system documentation, including proper backup and audit readiness
  • Compile reports and support HR projects and initiatives
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, ATS management, interview scheduling, and introductory interviews
  • Manage pre-employment screening processes, ensuring timely completion of background checks and other requirements
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, benefit enrollment processing, system setup, and required reporting such as E-Verify
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR programs, including: performance reviews, open enrollment, and wellness initiatives
  • Coordinate and promote employee engagement events through the creation of event announcements, planning support, and event execution
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries, forwarding / escalating where appropriate
  • Build positive relationships with employees while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Support vendor relationships related to recruitment, benefits, and wellness programs
  • Assist with additional HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed
