We are looking for an outgoing, ambitious, and people-focused individual to join our HR team as an HR administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive level tasks directly impacting the work of USANA’s global HR department and likewise supporting employees in various ways, as well as within USANA’s learning and development function. This includes—but is not limited to—maintaining employee records, data entry, and providing high-class customer service support to our employees in a quick, friendly, and supportive way. In addition, you will also be tasked with working alongside USANA’s learning and development function in HR ensuring leaders are effectively prepared to support and develop their teams and are aligned with our leadership guarantee. Our ideal candidate is extremely skilled in their interpersonal and communication skills, focused on achieving personal and department goals, and can quickly build genuine rapport and trust with USANA employees.
