About The Position

MD² is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our Bellevue MD² office. The ideal candidate thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach to their work. You are a motivated self-starter with at least three (3) years of experience in medical recruiting and HR administration, and you consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service. MD² was founded in 1996 by two renowned Seattle-based physicians who sought to elevate the delivery of medicine to an unprecedented level. By dedicating their practice to just 50 families, they fundamentally shifted the paradigm of primary care. This shift went on to spark an entire industry that has come to be known as Concierge Healthcare. Now spanning the nation with 35 medical offices and counting, MD² continues to be regarded as the preeminent provider of personalized medicine. In this position, you will be performing various Human Resources activities for both our Clinic and Internal Operations: This Includes:

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of Recruiting and HR Administration experience in the medical field.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity and DocuSign experience is preferred)
  • Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge and expertise
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional reference checks for all prospective new hires
  • Manage the full onboarding experience, including sending onboarding documents, coordinating with IT for desk and hardware setup, assigning parking, and setting up employees in the payroll system
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives such as employee lunches, birthday celebrations, and recognition programs
  • Employment Verification for current staff
  • Managing employee files and demographic changes in the payroll system and cloud storage
  • Recruiting for Registered Nurses, Rad Techs, and Medical Assistants for MD² practices, as well as administrative roles on the MD² Team.
  • Coordinating celebratory and recognition purchases for medical office milestones and anniversaries
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
