About The Position

The Human Resource (HR) Support position provides administrative assistance for HR functions, including data entry, employee file maintenance, and general HR inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for compliance purposes.
