The successful candidate will be expected to: Run and distribute the quarterly EEO/AA, Labor Law reports, Wage & Hour Compliance, statistical reporting and other reports as needed. All reports and use of systems should be kept confidential. Material should not be reviewed or shared with others, only distributed to those requesting. Run and distribute the monthly Medicaid Exclusion All Staff Roster for Compliance, and the Employee Contact Report to comply with the Disaster Plan Policy requirements. Review the ADP Portal regularly to ensure that all information is kept updated and properly maintained. Assist employees when they need help and have ADP timecard and time request questions. Coordinate with the Compliance department on internal and external audits, regulatory agency audits, and coordinate intradepartmental spot check audits. Assist with circulation of job postings on the Agency website, new hire and employee transfer paperwork, and employee updates in ADP. Responsible for distributing and tracking internal employee electronic annual training and utilization of the training portal (Risk Management Center/RMC). Serve as back-up and support for the HR Auditor and for running the New Hire Report (for data entry errors, verify for correct information, and notify applicable staff of changes required) and audit files when needed. Assist with the worker exit process by quality checking ADP employee data information on exit forms. On a regular basis, take ADP training courses that are available to stay updated with the system changes to grow and modify reports and ADP projects accordingly.
