About The Position

The Human Resource Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring that healthcare facilities operate smoothly by effectively managing staff schedules. The Scheduler will analyze staffing requirements and make adjustments as necessary to optimize workforce efficiency. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.

  • Track time-off requests, call-outs, and shift swaps.
