This role involves managing the daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The manager will ensure compliance with company HR policies, maintain quality and safety standards, and identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. A key aspect is supervising and developing associates and leaders, coordinating and facilitating various training programs (new hire orientation, CBL modules, web-based, virtual classroom) for Distribution and/or Transportation associates. The position requires building relationships with stakeholders, supporting business initiatives, and promoting a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous improvement.
