About The Position

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, compliance, workers compensation, accommodations, benefits, FMLA and basic HR functions including special projects. This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Heavy Recruiting experience.
  • Employee Relations experience.
  • Ability to advise management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Acts to ensure compliance with FLSA and other applicable states and regulations.
  • Compliance with Federal and State laws.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be able to pass background investigation and drug screening.
